Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a diagnostic and medical treatment system whose written literature dates back almost 2,500 years. Currently, ¼ of the world’s population seeks medical treatment from Chinese Medical practitioners. [More]
The World Health Organization (WHO) states that acupuncture is suitable to treat the following conditions:

* nervous system and muscular disorders (headaches, migraines, certain facial paralysis or nerve pain, partial weakness after a stroke, inflammation of nerve endings, bed wetting, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, sciatica, low back pain, and osteoarthritis).
TCM also treats, but is not limited to treating: women’s health (pms, endometriosis, infertility, pregnancy discomforts: morning sickness, back pain, neck pain, constipation, delayed labor, and, menopause), men’s health, colds/flus, allergies, asthma, pain management, muscular-skeletal discomfort, digestive disorders (indigestion, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, irritable bowel), and mental and emotional imbalances such as: depression, anxiety, and addictions.
The meaning behind Jade Turtle…
Jade: and the color green represent growth, new beginnings, renewal, energy, prosperity, and fertility. It was my favorite color as a child, and the team color for my #1 swim team.
Turtle: It represents the foundation in Native American lore, often said that the world is balanced on a turtle. It symbolizes strength, stability, and, foundations. In Chinese culture, it represents the manifestation of wisdom, longevity, stability, endurance, tranquility in religion, and, strength. For me…I love animals and especially love the endurance of the turtle who keeps pace and keeps moving along. My dad called me “tortoise girl” when I was little because I resembled a turtle while competitively swimming breaststroke.
Why Jade Turtle? In addition to the above examples, it surely is easier to spell and to remember than Gigi Terinoni.
Put Jade and Turtle together and you have a solid foundation and practitioner to help you reach your optimal wellness and healthcare goals.
